About the Role

This is not a traditional retail management position. You will take ownership of the store as a business, balancing client relationships, team leadership, and commercial performance.

  • Drive sales through a strong focus on clienteling, service, and key retail metrics (ATV, conversion, units per sale)
  • Build a loyal, high-value client base and support ongoing client retention
  • Create a sense of energy and relevance within the local community
  • Lead events, partnerships, and in-store experiences
  • Set and uphold a standard of generous, thoughtful service
 

What You'll Bring

  • A commercial mindset, with confidence in delivering KPIs, achieving sales, and reaching results.
  • A natural ability to build genuine, long-term client relationships.
  • A sense of ownership: You take pride in what you build and how it performs.
  • Confidence working with premium, often affluent customers.
  • An interest in community, events, and creating meaningful in-store experiences.
  • Experience in premium, luxury, or client-led environments.

You may come from retail, wholesale, events, or business development, what matters most is your ability to connect, build, and deliver results.
