We are seeking a mature, experienced Casual Client Stylist to join our Sydney boutique in Paddington, someone who brings confidence, warmth, and a strong understanding of client-focused selling.

About The Role

As a Client Experience Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering a high-touch, personalised client experience, while contributing to the store's commercial success.

• Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients by owning your VIP base.
• Deliver thoughtful, personalised styling experiences.
• Support clienteling and new customer acquisition through local community activations.
• Consistently contribute to sales performance through key retail metrics (ATV, conversion, units per sale)
• Take ownership of individual sales results and client retention.
• Assist with in-store events, appointments, and brand moments.
• Contribute to a strong, collaborative and high-performing team environment.

About You

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail, real estate, marketing, styling, or client-facing environments.
• A natural ability to connect with clients and build trust.
• Confidence working with a premium, often mature and affluent customer base.
• Sales and KPI-driven, with a clear understanding of how to deliver results.
• Comfortable being accountable to individual and store performance.
• Polished, professional, and detail-oriented.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
