The Role
Silk Laundry is seeking elevated, energetic and considered individuals to join our Perth Pop-Up boutique as Client Advisors. This is a casual fixed-term opportunity commencing Wednesday 25 February through to mid-April, with the potential to extend for up to six months. Our pop-up boutiques are intimate, refined environments where every interaction matters. We are looking for individuals who naturally embody warmth, confidence and thoughtful service, those who understand that luxury is felt in the details.

The Opportunity
As a Client Advisor, you will represent Silk Laundry with integrity and intention. You will deliver a considered, personalised client experience while contributing to strong commercial outcomes within a dynamic boutique setting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, values craftsmanship and brand storytelling, and takes pride in creating meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a refined and personalised client experience aligned with the Silk Laundry brand ethos
• Build and nurture genuine client relationships through elevated service and thoughtful follow-up
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining brand standards
• Execute clienteling initiatives, appointments and outreach with intention
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and visual standards
• Support daily boutique operations including POS, inventory management and replenishment
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture
  
  

We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within luxury retail or premium boutique environments
• A natural ability to build rapport and create memorable client moments
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence in driving results
• Polished personal presentation and communication skills
• Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends throughout the pop-up period
• A genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, fabric and design
