We are seeking a considered and commercially minded Store Manager to lead the day-to-day performance and presentation of our boutique.

This is a full-time role, rostered either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

You’ll lead performance in a high-profile retail environment, delivering strong sales through thoughtful clienteling, maintaining exceptional presentation standards, and guiding a small team with clarity and care.

Client Experience & Community

• Deliver a warm, elevated client experience that feels personal and intentional

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent clienteling, styling and follow-up

• Create a boutique environment that reflects the Silk Laundry aesthetic - calm, refined, beautifully detailed

• Host and support boutique activations that strengthen local community and brand connection

Commercial Performance

• Lead the store to meet sales targets through strong conversion, UPT and styling-led service

• Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and take action to improve performance

• Partner with head office on product focus, campaign execution and store priorities

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach and develop a small team to deliver consistent service and presentation standards

• Set clear expectations and foster accountability with a calm, respectful approach

• Support recruitment, onboarding and training to build capability and confidence

• Build a team rhythm that supports peak trade periods and daily operational flow

Store Operations & Standards

• Oversee daily operations including rostering, reporting, opening/closing and compliance

• Maintain strong stock accuracy, stock flow, and loss prevention practices

• Uphold visual merchandising direction and ensure the store is always beautifully presented

• Ensure the store runs with structure, rhythm and attention to detail

Continuous Refinement

• Identify opportunities to improve service, process and ways of working

• Contribute to refining systems that support brand growth and boutique performance

• Proven experience as a Store Manager (or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up), ideally within premium / luxury retail

• Strong clienteling capability - you enjoy building relationships and repeat business

• Commercially confident, with experience leading teams to targets and improving KPIs

• Calm under pressure, solutions-driven, and highly organised

• High presentation standards and strong attention to detail

• Confident using retail systems and technology (POS, reporting, rostering tools)
