We are seeking a considered and hands-on Warehouse Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our distribution function.

This role is integral to maintaining the integrity of our product as it moves across ecommerce, retail, and wholesale channels. You’ll bring calm leadership, structure, and precision ensuring each order is fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

This is a 6-month maternity leave contract, with the possibility of extension.

Operational Oversight

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfilment across ecommerce, retail and wholesale
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources with care and efficiency
• Coordinate priorities to meet deadlines and seasonal peaks
  
  

Inventory Integrity

• Maintain high stock accuracy through cycle counts and structured stocktakes
• Investigate discrepancies with a solutions-focused approach
• Support consistent stock control processes and reporting
  
  

Team Leadership

• Lead and support a small warehouse team
• Set clear expectations and foster accountability
• Create a calm, organised and respectful working environment
• Train and support team members to follow best practice
  
  

Standards & Safety

• Maintain a clean, structured and safe warehouse space
• Uphold WHS requirements and operational best practice
• Ensure procedures are documented and consistently followed
  
  

Continuous Refinement

• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and reduce friction
• Support operational projects aligned with business growth
• Contribute to refining systems and processes across distribution
  
  

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership / supervisor / lead role
• Strong inventory management capability and confidence using warehouse systems
• Shopify and Starshipit experience is highly regarded
• Detail-oriented with a disciplined, structured approach
• Calm under pressure, practical and solutions-driven
• Hands-on and physically capable (comfortable with warehouse-based work)
